Looking for a fun way to make Friday even more fantastic?
Join us on August 30, 2019 @ 1:30pm for an educational refresh session in New Orleans’ coolest new co-working space, Scale.
We will offer education, data, and facts on mindfulness, (think mindfulness 101), plus workplace movements and stretch tips.
Healthy snacks offered after the session, plus Scale is open all day Friday for free co-working!

It’s not easy work and can quickly take a toll on your physical body and state of mind.
Join us at the Drifter Hotel on select Monday’s for complimentary stretch + meditation sessions to rinse out the stress, and hit refresh for your week ahead.
No need to RSVP, or even bring mats or supplies, we provide the set up and chilled eye towels.

We are Making Movements, this time in the water!
So what is Aqua Yoga?
It's the best way to wind down your Wednesday on hot summer nights in New Orleans.
Similar to a water aerobics sequence, Aqua Yoga entails slow flow movements, utilizing the release of gravity in the water to stretch muscles in a new way. Aqua Yoga supports joint health, and the constant moving motion of the water helps build stronger balance capabilities.
The cherry on top is the floating shavasana at the end - pool noodles are provided!
Join us to Make Movements under the stars each Wednesday for a restorative approach to release your day at the Drift Hotel Pool in mid-city.
